GORGEOUS & INTIMATE TUSCANY WEDDING | ESTHER & JORDAN

Esther and Jordan always knew they wanted to get married in Tuscany, Italy. This is where they got engaged so it really did hold a special place in their hearts! They found us on instagram before they had found their perfect venue and they had a few contenders on their list. We were so excited to be able to recommend our favourite places in Tuscany and told them to take a look at Villa Podernovo in Siena and they fell in love with the truly authentic Tuscan experience. It really was a perfect venue for them.

We met Esther & Jordan the evening before their wedding day as they had a cosy and intimate meal with all their guests. Enjoying the best things in life, good food, good wine and good company. They were all wrapped up in blankets as dusk approached and it was magical.

The Morning Preparations

It was so peaceful but the villas were full of anticipation and excitement for what the day would bring. Being a smaller intimate wedding all the guests were able to stay at Villa Podernovo which was perfect.

Abbey of San Galgano

We headed to the Abbey of San Galgano for photos (you can actually have your ceremony here too!) It date backs to the 13th century and it really is magical. It is such a dramatic building set amongst the most amazing views the first time we visited for a wedding in 2018 we were blown away!

Wedding at Villa Podernovo

They headed back to Villa Podernovo for drinks and canapés with their friends and family. The whole atmosphere was breathtaking the table set up was so classic and romantic with music softly playing in the background. The wedding party was full of SO much joy and love.

Golden Hour in Tuscany

If we can we will always take the opportunity to capture those gorgeous golden couple moments. It is such a precious time of the day... Esther & Jordan were able just to breathe and take it all in and have the most romantic and intimate moments together.

The Evening at Villa Podernovo, Tuscany

As dusk approached it was so special. There were candles lit in the trees, the most amazing Italian cuisine being enjoyed and lots of local wine amongst the table.
